After more than 25 years leading IT across complex global businesses, I understand what good technology leadership looks like at every level of an organisation, from the server room to the boardroom.
My background spans infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, digital workplace, and multi-geography service delivery. I've led programmes that transformed how organisations use technology, and I've built the governance and compliance frameworks that give boards the assurance they need.
I bring a direct, pragmatic approach to every engagement. I don't over-engineer solutions or create dependency — I work to leave organisations more capable than I found them.
The name RGC carries a meaning that matters to me: the initials of my three children. It's a reminder that everything I do professionally is grounded in something real.
